How far in advance do I need to book a ride?
We recommend booking at least a few hours in advance, so we can confirm the right car and driver. We also take urgent requests, depending on availability at that moment.
Can you transport bulky luggage or several suitcases?
Yes, just tell us in advance how many people and what luggage you have, and we'll choose a car from our fleet with enough trunk space, including estate or van options.
Can I cancel or change a booking that's already confirmed?

Can you provide transport for events or weddings?

How is a personal driver different from an Uber or Bolt ride?
A personal driver is booked exclusively for you, for the duration of the ride or the whole day, with a premium car and guaranteed punctuality, unlike a regular app-based ride.
Do the drivers speak foreign languages?
All our drivers speak English, and for clients from other countries we can, on request, assign a driver who also speaks another foreign language.
Can we travel with pets?
